Please ensure your shipping address is correct—we’re not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at info@zephyradventures.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
